Power Presses
- Damaged / insecure fixed guards – allowing operator to access internal press parts
- Light sensor inoperable – this should stop the machine immediately if any object breaks the beam to prevent injury or damage
- Incomplete signage –signage should clearly state the safe operating instructions and highlight any safety requirements of the machine
- General guards loose - allowing operator to access internal press parts
- Emergency Stop buttons inoperable - stop buttons should be easily accessible to the operator and fully functioning at all times
