Trustees, Governors and Senior Managers have a responsibility for all employees, however, in educational establishments the have a legal duty to protect the health, safety and well-being of students and pupils.
To ensure compliance with statutory obligation with the plant and equipment used in educational establishments CTS Safety can support and ensure that all examinations are carried out with the timeframes required. We can also provide guidance on what equipment needs to be examined and how often.
Examinations can be scheduled out of hours or during holiday periods to ensure the minimum of disruption.
