Technical Office Administrator | CTS Safety | Office Based | Full-Time

At CTS Safety, we're looking for a motivated and values-driven individual to join our growing team as an Technical Office Administrator, with a clear path to leading our back-office function within the next two years.

This isn’t your typical admin role. It’s an investment in your potential. Our leadership team is ready to mentor and support the right candidate through hands-on experience, training, and development. You’ll be empowered to grow, lead, and eventually take ownership of our entire business support operation.

What You’ll Do:

  • Manage and improve day-to-day office operations
  • Support Engineers and senior team with reports and planning
  • Handle inbound enquiries (email / website / telephone)
  • Drive continual improvement of internal processes
  • Help support our business growth through smart, proactive office management
  • Over time, take over the financial accounts, management and reporting
  • Responsible for website updates & blogs

The Person we are looking for:

  • Highly organised, with excellent attention to detail
  • A people person, confident communicator and team player
  • Comfortable managing multiple tasks in a dynamic environment
  • Technically smart with the Microsoft Suite (must-have)
  • Ideally, some knowledge of finance, accounts, or contracts (desirable)
  • Driven to grow, take ownership, and lead a department
